Our protein goal for you is a simple one for every reason you have to need extra protein.  Maximum protein, with less than 1gm of sugar and less than 110 calories per packet.  The less you surround your protein with what you are consuming the higher the percentage of absorption you will receive.

  1. Keep your protein packets chilled.
  2. Consume either directly from the packet or in a small glass.
  3. Follow your protein (if need be) with a little water or a sugar free beverage.
  4. Pour your protein into a glass of sugar free tang /crystal light etc..,

Apple Strawberry Shake Up

  • 1 apple sliced in piecesStrawberry Apple Protein Shake Recipe
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 2 ounces Vita4Life! predigested liquid protein

First put in a blender the apple pieces and ice cubes and pulsate in the blender till well blended. Next add those yummy strawberries, apple juice, and liquid protein. Blend for about a minute.


Banana Split Protein Shake

  • 12 ounces of skim milk
  • 1 banana
  • 2 chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 2 ounces of Vita4Life predigested liquid protein

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for about one minute.


Strawberry Cream Delight Protein Shake

  • 10 ounces skim milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 2 ounces Vita4Life! strawberry predigested liquid protein

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for about one minute.


Raspberry Fizz

  • 8 ounces lemon flavored soda (diet or regular)Raspberry Protein Shake
  • 8 ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 2 ounces Vita4Life! predigested liquid protein

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for about one minute.


Pineapple PrizePineapple Protein Shake

  • 6 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple
  • 2 ounces Vita4Life! predigested liquid protein

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for about one minute. We’ve tried this one with substituting half of the pineapple juice with apple juice. Surprisingly yummy!


Veggie Version

  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 2 ounces Vita4Life! predigested liquid protein

First put the carrots in the blender and blend for about 30 seconds. Add the frozen mixed vegetables and blend another 30 seconds or so. Add the ice cubes, apple juice, and liquid protein and blend another 30 seconds or more. Enjoy!
